Plaintiff instituted this action seeking relief under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, against ANTHONY PRINCIPI, Secretary of the DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (DVA). Plaintiff alleges discrimination based on physical disability, age, and race.
