BESOSA, District Judge.
Plaintiff Emilio Oquendo Davila (“Oquendo”) brings this action against John E. Potter, Postmaster General and the United States Postal Service (“the postal service”) pursuant to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (“Rehabilitation Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 701-796, alleging discrimination due to Oquendo’s disability and pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging discrimination based on gender and retaliation. 1 Plaintiff also seeks to invoke this Court’s supplemental jurisdiction over…
