Plaintiff Laura Lugo (hereinafter “Plaintiff’ or “Lugo”) filed this action pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA” or “the Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 623, against her former employer Avon Products, Inc. (“Avon” or “Defendant” or “the Company”), alleging discrimination on the basis of age and retaliation for engaging in protected conduct. See Docket No. 1.
