SUMMERS, Justice.

Twelve individual property owners seek an injunction against Anthony P. DeFatta, the owner of adjacent or neighboring property, to abate the violation of a comprehensive zoning ordinance of the city of Shreveport. Alternatively, the plaintiffs sought to compel the city of Shreveport, by mandamus, to take appropriate action to abate the violation.
