11 This is a property damages suit. The plaintiffs—N. Clark, L.L.C. and Kathleen Cresson (collectively the “Property Owners”)—filed this suit against multiple defendants alleging damages to their property as a result of the construction of multiple houses on neighboring property.1 This appeal involves the dismissal of one of those defendants—Hayes Architects, A.P.A.C. (“Hayes”). Hayes was the architect firm that designed the houses that were built on the neighboring property.
