I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Maria Lucia Tayag, a sixty year-old woman of Filipino descent, brings this action against her former employer, Defendant Lahey Clinic Hospital (“La-hey”), alleging that her termination violates the Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), 29 U.S.C. § 2601 et seq., the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., Mass.
