Plaintiff, Janet Howard (“Howard”), acting pro se, brings this action against Gary Locke (“defendant”), Secretary of the Department of Commerce (“Agency”), appearing to allege that her termination from the Agency was motivated by retaliation made unlawful under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
