Plaintiff Stephen McMillan, proceeding pro se, brings this action against the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (“WMATA”), alleging retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-2 et seq. (“Title VII”), as well as violations of his First and Fourteenth Amendment rights. Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
