This is an appeal from an award of the unemployment commissioner for the second district which affirmed the decision of the defendant administrator granting the plaintiff’s claim for benefits. The appeal is taken by the defendant United Aircraft Corporation, hereinafter called the employer.
The commissioner’s finding as corrected discloses the following. The plaintiff was sixty years of age and married, without children.
