Reversing.
W. E. Jackson and Marie Mater Jackson were married in Illinois in March., 1930, and moved to Prestonsburg, Kentucky, in January, 1942. They separated in 1943, and W. E. Jackson brought an action for divorce on November 29, 1944. Tbe parties have three children, two girls and one boy. The oldest is now 17 and the youngest 9 years of age. On December 8, 1944, Mr. and Mrs. Jackson entered into a written agreement which provided that he should pay to his wife $1,000 immediately and $150 a month thereafter for the maintenance of herself and the three…
