Affirming.

In a suit in the Christian circuit court, Roberta Keach sought a divorce from her then husband, H. A. Keach. Proof was taken upon the grounds of divorce, and this was granted to the wife. An agreement was entered into by the parties as to alimony, maintenance and other property rights, it being further agreed that this should be entered as the judgment of the court, which was accordingly done. By the terms of that agreement and judgment, Mrs. Keach was allowed and Mr. Keach was directed to pay her as alimony, the sum of $150.00 per month so…
