American University (the “University”) petitions for review of a decision of the District of Columbia Commission on Human Rights (the “Commission”) finding that the University discriminated against its former employee, Marionette Phelps, (the “complainant”) 1 because it fired her for poor job performance without making reasonable accommodation for her handi cap (manic-depressive syndrome).
