This case involves claims of breach of contract and wrongful termination of employment under the District of Columbia Human Rights Act, D.C.Code § 1-2512(a)(1) (1992) (Human Rights Act or the Act), which prohibits an employer from discharging an employee for discriminatory reasons, including physical handicap.
