This case addresses accomplice-witness jury-charge error raised in a motion for new trial. Cynthia Ambrose, appellee, is a former kindergarten teacher at Salinas Elementary School who was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of official oppression after a jury trial at which the testimony of a purported accomplice, Ramirez, was presented.
