I. Introduction

Appellant Sarah Jean Clement appeals her conviction for driving while intoxicated. A jury found her guilty of the offense, and the trial court sentenced her to ninety days’ confinement and assessed a $750 fine, suspended imposition of the sentence, and placed Clement on community supervision for eighteen months.
