Thompson, Jr., appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Atwood, J.) dismissing his negligence claim against the State of Maine, the Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife, the Maine Warden Service, the Maine Army National Guard, and the Maine Army National Guard’s 112th Medical/Medvac Company (collectively “the State”) on the basis of sovereign immunity.
