Appellant Natasea Stephens and J appellee Quincy DeSha Miller are the parents of Makiya Stephens, who was bom on December 23, 2002. Mr. Miller filed a petition to establish paternity, and after a hearing held August 18, 2003, the Dallas County Circuit Court entered an order establishing paternity on September 10, 2003. The order awarded custody of the child to Ms. Stephens, and gave Mr. Miller visitation on alternating weekends from noon on Saturday until 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
