11 Anthony and Angela Sisson, now appellant and appellee, were divorced in April 2008 by order of the Circuit Court of Garland County. The circuit court approved and incorporated into the divorce decree an agreement between the parties giving custody of their three children to appellee and visitation to appellant. This appeal arises from the circuit court’s dismissals of an April 2011 petition by appellant that custody should be changed to him and his September 2011 motion for emergency relief.
