Plaintiffs bring claims against Defendant Tyson Foods, Inc. (“Tyson”) for alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219 (“FLSA”). The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation transferred these actions to this Court for pretrial proceedings. Presently pending before the Court is Tyson’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment based on Section 4 of the Portal-to-Portal Act of 1947, 29 U.S.C. § 254 (Doc. 593 in Master Docket).
