Alice Franklin, an employee at Rellogg Company’s (“Rellogg”) Rossville, Tennessee Plant (“Plant” or “Rossville Plant”), filed suit on behalf of herself and all similarly situated employees to recover wages *608under the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201, et seq., for time spent donning and doffing Kellogg’s mandatory food safety uniforms and protective equipment, and for time spent walking to and from the changing area and the time clock.
