OPINION

CONNOR, Justice.

G & A Contractors, Inc. [“G & A”] and Alaskan Construction and Investment, Inc. [“ACI”] appeal from the June 8, 1972, judgment of the superior court, enjoining them from future siltation of Chester Creek and holding them jointly and severally liable in damages of $15,661.25 and prejudgment interest of $1,318.27. We have already affirmed the equitable portion of the lower court’s judgment. This opinion articulates in greater detail the reasons for that decision and in addition discusses the non-equitable questions presented in the appeal.
