VALLÉE, J.

Petition by Milton Kauffman, Inc., and Milton Kauffman for a writ of prohibition to restrain respondent from adjudging them in contempt for refusing *11to comply with an order permitting inspection and copying of certain writings in their possession. Charles E. Thorson, the real party in interest, has demurred to the petition on the ground that it 11 does not state sufficient facts to constitute a cause for issuance of a writ of prohibition. ’ ’
