Mazmanian v. Kuken

On March 26, 1931, an automobile driven by the defendant collided with an automobile owned by the plaintiff in the first case which was operated by the plaintiff in the second case. The plaintiff in the third case was riding in that automobile as a passenger. For convenience it is hereinafter referred to as the plaintiffs’ automobile.
