ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR STAY PENDING APPEAL

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the defendants’ Motion for Stay Pending Appeal, filed on August 14,1997.
The debtor filed his Chapter 13 petition in bankruptcy on September 30,1996. Approximately one week after the filing of the case, Fordyce Bank and Trust Company (“the bank”) authorized an attorney to investigate and evaluate debtor’s work performance.
