On February 2, 2011, Dr. William Ginz-burg (“Debtor” or “Dr. Ginzburg”) commenced his voluntary petition (the “Bankruptcy Case”) under Chapter 11 of title 11 *177of the United States Code (the “Bankruptcy Code”). On October 5, 2011, the case was converted to Chapter 7 (“Conversion-Order”). David K. Gottlieb was appointed as the Trustee (the “Trustee”).
