Before the Court is a “Motion of Debtor for Discharge Injunction Sanctions Against Rodney W. Brooks, Jr., Bernard Singleton, and David A. Mech, Esq.” (the “Motion for Sanctions”), and an associated “Application of L. Jed Berliner for Compensation as Counsel to Debtor” (the “Berliner Fee Application”). In papers and at trial, David A.
