Before the Court is a “Motion to Reconsider the Judgment Dated October 29, 2004” (the “Motion to Reconsider”), filed in the above-captioned adversary proceeding. The Judgment complained of, inter alia, confirms the discharge of a second mortgage given by Denise M.
