Opinion

ROBINSON, J.

The defendant Barry M. Klein appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion for contempt filed by the plaintiffs, Timothy Gravius, 2 the zoning enforcement officer for the town of Brook-field, and the town of Brookfield, for the defendant’s alleged violation of a stipulated judgment. The sole issue on appeal is whether the court improperly found that the defendant wilfully had violated the terms of the stipulated judgment. We affirm in part and reverse in part the judgment of the trial court.
