In this intrafamily dispute, plaintiff, Kathleen Briggs, and her brother, defendant Thomas Lamvik, are co-trustees of the Orville N. Lamvik Trust. Plaintiff appeals, assigning error to the allowance of summary judgment against her myriad claims pertaining to defendant’s acquisition of a house and bank accounts, which had belonged to the parties’ father, Orville Lamvik (Orville). As explained below, although we conclude that the trial court did not err in dismissing most of plaintiffs claims, we also conclude that there are issues of material fact as to Orville’s intent when he added defendant…
