JOHNSON, Judge.

The Industrial Commission (the “Commission”) made the following findings of fact: Plaintiff began working as an insulator in 1947, and for the next thirty years was exposed to the hazards of asbestos. He was last exposed to the inhalation of asbestos dust in 1984, and in the ten years prior to that time, he was exposed from 1975 to 1978. Plaintiff was employed by defendant construction company on a project for a total of forty-eight days from 27 February 1984 to 4 May 1984.
