The plaintiff brought this action to quiet title to 320 acres of real estate in San Bernardino County. The property is vacant, unimproved land which was acquired by plaintiff’s husband by tax deed in 1943. The property was part of his estate and was distributed to plaintiff. She alleged that the title of the defendants was based upon a false and forged deed purporting to convey the property to the defendant Carol B. Bryson, which was recorded in June, 1954.
