Plaintiff brought this action to have declared a resulting trust in her favor in certain land to which defendants hold the legal title, and to compel a conveyance of the land to her by the defendants upon, her payment to them of such a sum as the court should deem equitable. A demurrer, both general and special in form, interposed to plaintiff’s second amended complaint, was sustained without leave to amend, and from judgment entered pursuant thereto plaintiff appeals.
