MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

YOUNG, Chief Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This application for attorney’s fees follows a trial between Plaintiff John McDon-ough (“McDonough”) and the City of Quincy (“City”). Filed under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq., as amended (“Title VII”), and chapter 151B of Massachusetts General Laws, McDonough sought to recover damages for acts of retaliation allegedly taken against him by the City of Quincy.
