YOUNG, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This application for attorneys’ fees follows a trial between the plaintiff Vanessa Dixon (“Dixon”) and the defendants International Brotherhood of Police Officers (“IBPO”), the International Brotherhood of Police Officers, Local 382 (“Local 382”), Kenneth Lyons, Gerald Flynn, John Leary, and David Pender.
