QUINN, Justice.

Dr. Robert 0. Lee appeals from an order of the State Board of Dental Examiners (board) suspending his license to practice dentistry for two weeks due to violations of the Dental Practice Law of Colorado, section 12-35-101, et seq., C.R.S.1973 (1978 Repl.Vol. 5). He contends that several of the evidentiary findings of fact underlying the suspension order lack adequate support in the record. He also claims that even if the findings are supported by adequate evidence, they are nevertheless insufficient as a matter of law to constitute “negligent malpractice,” “gross incompetence”…
