A hearing panel of thé supreme court grievance committee generally approved the findings of a hearing board in this lawyer discipline case, but modified the board’s rec ommendation that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for one year and one day to a period of two years. Although both the deputy disciplinary counsel and the respondent initially excepted to the panel’s action, they have now withdrawn their exceptions. We accept the hearing panel’s recommendation.
