The respondent in this attorney disciplinary proceeding was charged with professional misconduct in two separate matters. A hearing board of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee found that the allegations of the complaint had been established by clear and convincing evidence and recommended that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for one year and one day and be assessed the costs of the proceeding.
