Plaintiff Lynne M. Russell presents this Court with a multi-count complaint against defendants Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company of Rhode Island (“Enterprise RI”) and its parent corporation, Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company, Inc. (“Enterprise National”). Plaintiff claims employment discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.
