ORDER AFFIRMING RECOMMENDED DECISION OF THE MAGISTRATE JUDGE
HORNBY, District Judge.
The United States Magistrate Judge filed with the court on January 7, 2003, with copies to counsel, his Recommended Decision on Motion of Defendant Innovative Gaming Corporation of America to Dismiss.
