Granting the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment

I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the court on the defendants’ motion for summary judgment. The plaintiff, Robert Vanzant, alleges that his supervisor, defendant James Schreck, intentionally struck him on the head during a meeting during which the defendant hollered, cursed and behaved belligerently towards him.
