Pending before the Court is the motion filed by the defendant Coastal International Security, Inc. (“Coastal”), to dismiss the Complaint of Plaintiffs Monique Lockhart and Monique Lockhart, as next best friend of K.C., pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b), for “failure to prosecute and failure to follow the Court’s order.” Def.’s Mot. to Dismiss (“Def.’s Mot.”), ECF No. 14, at 2.
