OPINION AND ORDER
ARENAS, United States Magistrate Judge.
On February 27, 1992, Productos Mistolín, S.A., plaintiff in Case 90-0964-Civ-Hi-ghsmith which is pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, filed an emergency motion in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico to compel the appearance of a witness at a deposition and to impose sanctions.
