A INTRODUCTION

Presently before this court in the voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of SACRED HEART HOSPITAL OF NORRIS-TOWN, d/b/a SACRED HEART HOSPITAL AND REHABILITATION CENTER (“the Debtor”) is the Debtor’s request that we confirm its Amended Plan of Reorganization (“the Plan”) over several objections (“the Objections”) raised by one of its creditors, ALLMED FINANCIAL CORPORATION (“AllMed”).
