John Rigas, Timothy Rigas, James Ri-gas, and Michael Rigas (the “Rigases”) appeal, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), from the Bankruptcy Court’s order, In re Adelphia Communications Corp., 285 B.R. 580 (2002), staying civil litigation in regard to Directors’ and Officers’ (“D & O”) liability insurance.
