The matter before the Court is the Motion of Robert N. Hotchkiss, M.D. for Relief from the Automatic Stay (the “Automatic Stay Motion”) [Docket # 193], the Joinder of Alberto W. Vilar to the Motion of Robert N. Hotchkiss, M.D. for Relief from the Automatic Stay (the “Joinder Motion”) [Docket #201], and the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Objections to both aforementioned motions [Docket # s 200 & 203]. Robert N.
