MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
BRIEANT, District Judge.
Three separate appeals from decisions and orders of the Honorable Burton Lif-land, Bankruptcy Judge, are before this Court for determination. They arise out of the proceedings pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, initiated by Johns-Manville Corporation (“Manville”). Since these are related matters, we consider them together.
