Reversing.
A demurrer having been sustained to the petition of the appellant, who was the plaintiff below, and he having’ declined to plead further, his action was dismissed and he appeals.
In the petition it is averred that the appellant had for a number of years been engaged in the business of building and erecting houses, and that he had acquired a good reputation in the community as such a building-contractor.
