Affirming,

J. W. 'Strode died on September 10,1915, the owner of a tract of land in Fayette county, Ky., containing 485' acres, a tract of land in the city of Lesington containing about 10 acres, and approximately $30,000 of personal property. He left a will, by tbe terms of which, he devised and bequeathed to his wife, Irene B. Strode, 250 acres of the tract of land in Fayette county, one-half of the land in Lexington, and all of the personal property.
