OPINION

FONES, Justice.

In this worker’s compensation case, the sole issue presented is the extent of the permanent disability incurred by plaintiff as a result of her work-related injury.

Plaintiff, Karen E. Jaske, is a thirty-seven year old woman who has a high school education, but no other vocational skills. She is currently employed as a sales person by an insurance company. From 1978 until 1984 plaintiff was employed as a production worker by defendant, Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company, Inc.
