MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

In this adversary proceeding, plaintiff Catherine Winona Fahrer (“Debtor”) seeks a determination, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8), that her consolidated student loan debt, now held by defendant Educational Credit Management Corporation (“Defendant”) should be discharged for the reason that excepting the debt from discharge would impose upon her an undue hardship. This is a core proceeding of which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1334(b) and which it may hear and determine pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(a),…
